Dyspepsia and Indigestion refer to a condition in which a person suffers from pain in the abdominal region accompanied by heartburn and difficulty in the digestion of food.

* Causes

  • Eating too much or too fast
  • Alcohol Use
  • Too much fat in your diet
  • Over use of NSAIDs
  • Smoking
  • Stress and Anxiety

* Preventions:

  • Eat a small amount of food
  • Losing Weight
  • Avoid foods that trigger
  • Do Exercise
  • Managing Stress
  • Don’t Eat Dinner too late

  • Avoiding foods or drinks that trigger indigestion
  • Removing fatty, spicy, or acidic foods from your diet
  • Cutting down on alcohol, caffeine, and carbonated drinks.
