Is an inflammation, irritation, or erosion of the lining of the stomach, It can occur suddenly (acute) or gradually (chronic).

  • Types of Gastritis
    1. Erosive (Reactive)

  • Prevention
    • Avoid fatty fried, spicy, or acidic food.
    • Eating smaller meals throughout the day
    • Not lying down for 2 to 3 hours after a meal.
    • Cutting back on caffeine.
    • Managing Stree.
    • Reducing alcohol consumption.
    • Not taking NSAIDs.
